About this workshop
Power is fundamental to the way organisations, communities and relationships operate, but many leaders don’t understand their own sources of power, or how to leverage them to greatest effect.
This program has been developed by experienced senior executives in government and the innovation sector to provide the foundational knowledge and practical tools to understand and leverage personal power and formal authority for positive benefit.
The program includes two full day in-person workshops and a personal coaching session with our experienced and qualified executive coaches. Held over the course of three weeks, the program also includes take-home activities to further explore your own power, and its dynamics in the workplace.
